well i've seen all my friend's OCs from The Sly Cooper Series and thought to myself: why don't I have one?
well simple answer was that I really liked Sir Galleth Cooper ~Gallethplz (https://www.deviantart.com/gallethplz) that I would settle using him for personal artwork (that are still WIP) but I'm more inspired by The European Era of things in its darkened times of the Jack The Ripper Arc. I want to make a Cooper of that Era but in the present, so a cooper sent forward in time (and I know thadeus cooper was in that sort of era but I'm thinking of either his predecesor) and so I'm trying to make a character that wears the type of long coats commonly worn then but more custom
